Confident Entertaining - Workshops |
|

Do your cakes fail to rise to the occasion? Is pastry a problem or perhaps a whole fish seems like a daunting challenge? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then our one day Confident Cooking Workshops are for you.
The day begins with coffee and homemade biscuits, served from 10am at which time we discuss the recipes that you will prepare. We teach small groups with a maximum of 8 students in a class. Lots of individual tuition is always guaranteed with time to answer questions on ingredients and techniques as the day goes along.
Spend time learning new skills with friendly expert guidance and at the end of the session enjoy a lunch that you have prepared with your fellow students, along with a glass of wine. All ingredients and equipment you will require are provided; everyone leaves with a copy of the day’s recipes together with a host of new ideas.
On our ‘Prepare a Dinner Party days’, we provide a light lunch, served with a glass of wine.
